Frankfurt Schools

The Four Schools Frankfurt project is an availability-based PPP initiative involving the design, build, refurbishment, financing, and maintenance of four educational institutions in the City of Frankfurt/Main, Germany.

The schools – Freiherr-vom-Stein School, Carl-von-Weinberg-School, Heinrich-Kleyer-School and the Educational & Cultural Centre Höchst – serve over 5,000 pupils across approx. 83,000 m² of modern educational space.

The concession runs until 2029.

Sustainability

Each building was developed with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Solar panels were installed on the roofs of all four facilities, contributing to renewable energy production and lower operating emissions.
