Aleksandra joined BBGI in 2026.

As Office and Operations Coordinator, Aleksandra is an experienced assistant with a strong background in executive support, office management and administrative coordination.

In her role as Office and Operations Coordinator, Aleksandra works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly at BBGI, including handling travel arrangements and itineraries, as well as the coordination of the outsourced IT service provider.

Prior to joining BBGI Aleksandra worked for four years as a Personal and Administrative Assistant for a public agency in Luxembourg, and for nine years as Senior Flight attendant for an international airline.

Aleksandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from Cambridge International Examination – Dubai, UAE.

Alexandre joined BBGI in 2021.

As Asset Manager, Alex is responsible for managing the structural inspections and lifecycle activities of the Champlain Bridge in Montreal. His responsibilities include working jointly with the Operations, Maintenance and Rehabilitation Director to synergize the asset management and maintenance activities in a self-perform environment.

Alex has 9 years of experience in the P3 infrastructure industry with a background in design-build and traditional bridge construction. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics and a Minor focused in Construction Engineering and Management from McGill University. He also has a Certificate in Project Management for Technical Professionals from Ryerson University.

Alison joined BBGI in 2018.

As Manager in Finance, Alison oversees daily operations at BBGI Ireland, with an emphasis on planning and analysis of new financing opportunities, continuous monitoring of the existing portfolio, and ensures compliance with local legal and tax requirements. She reports directly to the CFOO, principally relating to tax structuring, and works closely with the Company’s external tax advisor on structures for new and existing investments. She also supports the Company’s central finance function in Luxembourg.

Alison is also a director on BBGI’s Northern Ireland portfolio companies, where she is responsible for overseeing the activity of assets held in this region and sits on the boards of the relevant BBGI’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining BBGI, Alison gained over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance functions, with a particular focus in financial reporting, audit and regulatory compliance.

Alison is a fellow of the ACCA and has completed modules in the Certificate of Company Direction course facilitated by the Institute of Directors. She holds a certificate in Company Secretary Law & Practice from the Law Society of Ireland.

Allan joined BBGI in 2020.

As General Manager, Allan is responsible for managing the activities of healthcare projects held by BBGI in Canada and sits on the boards of various BBGI portfolio companies across North America. Such responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector clients, facility management operators, maintenance contractors and project funders. In addition to his role as General Manager, Allan will assist the BBGI development team during acquisition processes, focusing on technical due diligence workstreams.

Prior to these roles, Allan worked over 11 years in both commercial construction and oil & gas energy services sectors. As a project manager in construction, he was responsible for the successful delivery of institutional projects such as hospitals and schools. Within the energy services sector, he was tasked with leading the delivery of well construction services in various oil & gas well sites across the central U.S. and western Canada.

Allan holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering as well as a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia and Gold Seal Certified (GSC) in Project Management with the Canadian Construction Association (CCA).

Beatriz joined BBGI in 2023.

As Compliance Associate, Beatriz manages the implementation and maintenance of the compliance function, as well as ensuring adherence to European and local regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining BBGI, Beatriz worked at law firms in Spain and Luxembourg, specialising in corporate law and investment funds regulation.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, is a qualified lawyer in Spain, and studied a LL.M. in International Business Law at Tilburg University.

Ben joined BBGI in 2025.

As General Manager of the Northern Territory Secure Facilities Project, Ben provides oversight of maintenance activities and large facility augmentations and is responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector clients, facility management operators, and project lenders.

Prior to joining BBGI, Ben spent 9 years at Amber Infrastructure where he managed social infrastructure PPP projects across Australia, including BBGI’s assets as an MSA provider. Ben has a further 10 years’ experience delivering and maintaining complex public infrastructure across transport, corrections, and health sectors.

Ben holds Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering (Civil) and Commerce (Finance) from the University of Melbourne.

Bernardo joined BBGI in 2016.

As Asset Management Director, Bernardo oversees the operational activities and rehabilitation works associated with BBGI’s transport investments in Western Canada and the US. He serves on the boards of various BBGI portfolio companies and manages relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector clients, facility management and operation and maintenance contractors, and project lenders. Bernardo also supports BBGI’s development team during acquisitions, leading technical due diligence on transport infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining BBGI, Bernardo was Chief Technical Officer of a special-purpose company established by Hochtief, ACS and Meridiam Infrastructure. Earlier, he served as a director at Bilfinger Berger Project Investments, where he gained extensive PPP experience in asset management and project development.

Bernardo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería and a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from the University of British Columbia. He is a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia.

Cécilia joined BBGI in 2021.

As Director of ESG, Sustainability & Risk, Cécilia oversees BBGI’s sustainability strategy and supports the continued development of the Group’s risk management framework. She embeds ESG, sustainability and risk considerations into portfolio oversight, data, governance and decision-making, with a focus on long-term value creation and impact. She also serves on the boards of various UK and Dutch portfolio companies.

Before joining BBGI, Cécilia advised financial organisations on ESG strategy and implementation and delivered sustainable finance training at Luxembourg’s House of Training.

Cécilia holds a bachelor’s degree in European Management from KEDGE Business School and the University of Westminster, and a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Luxembourg School of Business and NYU Stern School of Business. Her professional qualifications include the Institute of Directors programme, the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and the Impact Measurement and Management programme at Oxford Saïd Business School.

Cornelia joined BBGI in 2012.

As Company Secretary, Cornelia’s primary responsibility is to administer the Group’s corporate and legal files, ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg laws. She collaborates closely with the Group’s external legal advisors and reviews documentation of corporate transactions, as well as drafts the relevant board resolutions.

She is also responsible for reporting to the Depositary and Agent, managing dividend payments to the Company’s shareholders, and leading the process for convening general meetings. In addition to this, Cornelia manages the integrity of the organisational structure for the Group, covering all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries.

As the staff delegate, Cornelia acts as a liaison and mediator between staff members in Luxembourg and the Management Board.

Prior to joining BBGI, Cornelia worked as Company Secretary for Bilfinger Berger Project Investments. She previously gained 9 years of experience in judicial administration and 5 years in a notary’s office.

Cornelia holds a Legal Diploma from the University of Applied Sciences of the Saxon Administration, Department of Administration of Justice, Meissen, Germany.

David joined BBGI in 2020.

As General Manager, David is responsible for managing the activities of healthcare projects held by BBGI in Canada, and sits on the board of various BBGI portfolio companies. David’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders. In addition to his role as General Manager, David assists the BBGI development team during the acquisition process, leading the technical due diligence workstream on social infrastructure projects.

Prior to joining BBGI, David gained over 16 years of experience in Asset and Facility management, specialising in the healthcare sector, holding various roles within the AFP/PPP infrastructure sector, including, Senior Project Director, Facility Director, Transition/Mobilisation Manager and Bid Manager on over 20 AFP/PPP projects in Canada and the US.

David holds a B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PEO), in addition to holding a qualification in Senior Project Management from the Canadian Management Centre.

Des joined BBGI in 2026.

As Asset Management Director, Des sits on the Boards of multiple UK assets invested in healthcare, education, social housing and civic infrastructure.

Before joining BBGI, Des was a founding Director and Head of Operations at Resolis, where he was responsible for overseeing complex, compliance-driven portfolios and leading constructive, outcome-focused engagement with public-sector counterparties and stakeholders.

Des has extensive experience in complex commercial negotiations and dispute resolution including mediations, arbitrations, voluntary terminations, and broader contractual settlements. He also brings strong governance, operational and financial oversight capability, developed through many years of working closely with SPVs, lenders and equity investors.

Des holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance from Heriot -Watt University in Edinburgh.

Ed joined BBGI in 2026.

As General Manager, Ed is responsible for overseeing BBGI’s investments in the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Consolidated Rent-A-Car Center and the Prince George’s County Public Schools public-private partnership projects. In this role, he leads asset management activities, operational oversight and stakeholder engagement across these infrastructure assets.

Prior to joining BBGI, Ed held senior leadership positions with Plenary Americas and Ansaldo STS, now Hitachi Rail, where he was responsible for the delivery, operations and management of major transport, broadband and rail infrastructure projects across North America and internationally.

Before entering the private sector, Ed served as a Major in the United States Air Force, leading engineering, construction and operational programmes in domestic and deployed environments, including in support of military and humanitarian missions.

Ed holds an MBA in Finance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Distinguished Graduate of the United States Air Force Squadron Officer School.

Ellie joined BBGI in 2025.

As Asset Management Director, Ellie is responsible for managing BBGI’s infrastructure investments across the UK and European portfolio. She is also involved in the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities. Ellie serves on the Board of Directors for various portfolio companies and is actively involved in implementing BBGI’s ESG initiatives across project companies.

Prior to joining BBGI, Ellie held senior positions at Rivoir Capital where she served as Board Member and Project Director in PPP projects. She successfully led SPC management teams and was responsible for business case realization, stakeholder management, and ESG strategy implementation. During her career she gained experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance and the energy sector.

Ellie holds an MBA from RSM Erasmus University and a degree in Financial Economics from Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

François-Xavier joined BBGI in 2025.

As Senior Manager in Investments & Valuation, François-Xavier is responsible for the valuation of a number of investments across UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, and contributes to the valuation process of the Company. Additionally, he supports the execution of certain investment opportunities for the Company, taking charge of the financial due diligence workstream.

Prior to joining BBGI, François-Xavier gained extensive valuation experience working for the private equity audit department at KPMG Luxembourg.

François-Xavier holds an MSc in Corporate Finance and Banking from EDHEC and an MSc in International Business from the Maastricht School of Business and Economics.

Georgi joined BBGI in 2014.

As Associate Director in Investments & Valuation, Georgi is responsible for the fund valuation of a number of the investments across UK, Europe, Canada and the US, and contributes to the valuation process of the Company. Additionally, he supports the execution of certain investment opportunities for the Company, taking charge of the financial due diligence workstream.

Prior to joining BBGI, Georgi gained extensive financial modelling experience working for various financial advisory organisations, executing multiple transactions in the economic and social PPP/PFI sectors.

Georgi holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ithaca College (US). He also completed modules in the Certificate of Company Direction course facilitated by the Institute of Directors.

Harris joined BBGI in 2021.

As General Manager, Harris is responsible for managing the activities of Northeast Stoney Trail Highway PPP project and sits on the board of various BBGI portfolio companies in Canada. Harris’ responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders, and overseeing lifecycle replacements.

Prior to joining BBGI, Harris was President & CEO of Apleona Inc., the management service provider for various BBGI’s PPP concession projects across Canada, so he has been closely involved with BBGI’s assets since 2016. Harris spent over 25 years in municipal infrastructure engineering and construction in Canada and the Middle East.

Harris holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BSc) from Toronto Metropolitan University, an Honours Graduate Diploma in Project Management, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Strathclyde University (Glasgow, UK).

Kristel joined BBGI in 2026.

As HR Director, Kristel leads BBGI’s people strategy, supporting international growth through leadership development, organisational effectiveness, talent management, culture and workforce transformation.

Kristel has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience. Prior to joining BBGI, she held senior roles at SD Worx, LIST, The Adecco Group and Delphi, aligning people strategy with business objectives and supporting organisational development and transformation. She also serves as Co-President of HRCommunity.lu, contributing to the development of the HR profession in Luxembourg.

Kristel holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium, and a master’s degree in business administration from ESERP Business & Law School in Barcelona, Spain.

Kylie joined BBGI in 2025.

As General Manager, Kylie is responsible for managing the activities of PPP projects held by BBGI in Victoria, Australia. Kylie’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders.

Kylie brings over 20 years experience in Asset and Facility management across the social infrastructure and transport sectors. This includes early experience working on the BBGI PPP assets in Victoria, followed by various roles including Business Manager, Project Manager, General Manager and Senior Asset Manager across a range of major PPP projects in Australia.

Kylie holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate of Business Administration from Deakin University (Australia).

Lasith joined BBGI in 2026.

As Manager in Corporate Finance and FP&A, Lasith is responsible for the Group’s corporate financial planning and analysis. He is also closely involved in debt financing and capital structure analysis, supporting the assessment and execution of the Group’s funding strategy across bank and capital markets financing. In addition, he supports the execution of selected investment opportunities for the Company.

Prior to joining BBGI, Lasith gained experience across debt and capital raising, corporate finance, and financial planning and forecasting at Deloitte Luxembourg and John Keells Holdings PLC in Sri Lanka.

Lasith holds a Master of Finance with Distinction from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Accounting and Finance with First Class Honours from the University of London. He is a CFA charterholder and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Luke joined BBGI in 2023.

As Asset Management Director, Luke is responsible for leading all asset management activities related to BBGI’s infrastructure investments in Australia, which includes investments in both the operational and construction phases. Luke plays a key role as chairman of the Board of Portfolio Companies in Australia and holds a directorship in those companies, ensuring they are operated in an efficient manner and to full compliance. With over 20 year’s asset management experience across a vast range of social infrastructure assets, Luke brings his wealth of experience to BBGI to support its continued growth.

Prior to joining BBGI, Luke spent 9 years at Plenary in Australia where he managed complex social infrastructure PPP projects across the Health, Education and Defense sectors, and was involved in various origination bids. Before his time at Plenary, Luke worked at RCR Infrastructure and earlier, commenced his career in the Royal Australian Navy specialising in engineering.

Luke holds various mechanical engineering qualifications from his time in the Royal Australian Navy and certification in Project Management.

Marta joined BBGI in 2018.

As the Operations Manager, Marta oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of BBGI, ensuring a positive and harmonious working environment at the Luxembourg head office. She supervises the services provided by the outsourced IT service provider. Additionally, she coordinates all of BBGI’s corporate events.

In her role as Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFOO, Marta provides comprehensive executive support to the Management Board and ad hoc assistance to the Supervisory Board.

As the deputy staff delegate, Marta acts as a liaison and mediator between staff members in Luxembourg and the Management Board.

Before joining BBGI, Marta gained over 20 years of experience in executive support and office management positions at companies in Spain and Luxembourg.

Marta studied Psychology in Mexico and holds a Diploma as an English Teacher from the University of Cambridge.

Matthew joined BBGI in 2019.

As Investments & Valuation Director, Matthew leads the valuation function and is also involved in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities. With 15 years of diverse experience across various infrastructure asset classes, Matthew brings valuable expertise to the team.

Prior to joining BBGI, Matthew was a director in the infrastructure and energy practice at Mazars, leading the transport and social infrastructure advisory business across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He also worked in the renewable energy and power generation sectors in the United States and Caribbean focusing on project development, structuring and financing.

Matthew holds an MBA from IE Business School (honors: Beta Gamma Sigma) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The George Washington University.

Myleen joined BBGI in 2026.

As Finance and Accounting Manager, Myleen supports the Group’s financial reporting and accounting functions, including consolidated reporting, statutory financial statements, audit coordination and technical accounting matters. She works closely with the Head of Financial Reporting and coordinates with external advisers on corporate tax, VAT and transfer pricing matters, while contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes and controls.

Prior to joining BBGI, Myleen gained more than 20 years of experience across investment management, financial services and audit. Most recently, as a Manager at Bain Capital Credit Luxembourg, she oversaw financial reporting, accounting operations, statutory accounts, audits and tax coordination for Luxembourg entities. Earlier in her career, she held audit roles with Deloitte and Ernst & Young in Luxembourg, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Myleen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of the City of Manila.

Nicolas joined BBGI in 2026.

As Investments & Valuation Director, Nicolas is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing infrastructure investments across BBGI’s target sectors and geographies.

He has over 16 years of experience in infrastructure investment, principal investing and financial advisory across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining BBGI, Nicolas was an Investment Director at Bestinver Infra, where he played a key role in the origination, execution and asset management of infrastructure investments. Previously, he held infrastructure investment and advisory roles at DIF Capital Partners and Citi, working in Madrid, Sydney, Hong Kong, Istanbul and New York.

Nicolas holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in Finance and Audit from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Philip joined BBGI in 2019.

As Head of Financial Reporting, Philip is responsible for producing the IFRS/local GAAP financial statements for the Company and Company’s consolidated subsidiaries that are managed in Luxembourg. He reports directly to the CFOO, principally relating to managing the Group’s treasury functions, tax obligations, and oversees financial regulatory compliance, as well as monitoring tax regulations in Luxembourg. As the Group’s IFRS technical expert, he conducts the final review of IFRS/local GAAP accounts of BBGI’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining BBGI, Philip gained 10 years of financial audit experience across EY Manila, PwC Eastern Caribbean, EY Dublin, and EY Luxembourg. He also worked as Fund Administrator at Link Asset Services and IQ EQ in Luxembourg, leading IFRS and consolidation services for both organisations. Philip has extensive expertise in auditing and fund administration for Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Private Equity funds.

Philip is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of the City of Manila.

Riaz joined BBGI in 2022.

As Asset Manager, Riaz oversees the operational, maintenance and rehabilitation activities of the Northwest Anthony Henday Drive project in Alberta and the Kicking Horse Canyon project in British Columbia. He manages relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector clients, civil and operation and maintenance contractors, and project lenders. His responsibilities also include contract management for rehabilitation, construction and consultancy services.

Prior to joining BBGI, Riaz held senior asset management, project management and engineering roles at Apleona, the Alberta Ministry of Transportation, WSP Middle East and Alberta Transportation. Earlier in his career, he worked in municipal engineering at the City of Brooks and ISL Engineering & Land Services.

Riaz holds a Master of Engineering in Civil and Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Military College of Engineering at NUST, Pakistan. He has also completed professional qualifications in risk management and professional management at the University of Calgary.

Ritesh joined BBGI in 2020.

As Associate Director in Investments & Valuation, Ritesh is responsible for the valuation of a number of investments across UK, Europe, and Canada, and contributes to the semi-annual valuation process of the Company. Additionally, he supports the execution of certain investment opportunities for the Company, taking charge of the financial due diligence workstream.

Prior to joining BBGI, Ritesh gained extensive financial modelling experience working for various financial advisory organisations in the infrastructure sector.

Ritesh holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Post-graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Institute of Rural Management and a BSc in Zoology from the University of Delhi.

Sheryl joined BBGI in 2023.

As Project Administrator, Sheryl facilitates the general administration of the KVH project and provides multi-level support to the executive team including event planning, financial administration, and project record keeping. Sheryl also provides executive support to all North American directors and coordination with the administrative team in Luxembourg.

Prior to joining BBGI, Sheryl worked in event production and logistics. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a bachelor’s degree with Honours in Communications.

Tristan joined BBGI in 2020.

As Asset Manager, Tristan manages the operational activities of the Kelowna and Vernon Hospitals PPP project, including the strategic delivery of lifecycle and capital works programs. He plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with public sector partners, facility management contractors, and other key stakeholders. Tristan also contributes technical and commercial insight across BBGI’s Canadian healthcare portfolio.

Before joining BBGI, he held project management roles with Graham Construction and PCL Construction, delivering large-scale PPP and design-build initiatives across Canada in the healthcare and education sectors. His project portfolio includes the Interior Heart and Surgical Centre in Kelowna, the ASAP II Schools in Calgary, the Polson Tower in Vernon, and the University Health Sciences Building in Saskatoon.

Tristan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating with distinction. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

Trond joined BBGI in 2021.

As General Manager responsible for the E18 Motorway in Norway, Trond oversees the operational, technical, and contractual performance, ensuring the long-term delivery of a safe, reliable, and high-performing infrastructure asset.

With more than 30 years of experience in the planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of public roads in Norway, Trond brings extensive technical expertise and practical leadership to the infrastructure sector. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of senior technical and management roles for the Norwegian Public Road Administration and the Agder County Council.

In addition to his operational responsibilities, Trond serves on the boards of several of BBGI’s transportation assets.

Trond holds a Technical Engineering degree in Infrastructure Engineering at Fagskolen I Agder.

Volker joined BBGI in 2014.

As Global Head of Asset Management, Volker is responsible for overseeing the activity of the asset management team in all regions and sits on the boards of various BBGI’s portfolio companies. Volker’s responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as public sector clients, facility management, operation & maintenance contractors and project funders across a number of sectors, including education, healthcare, and transport. Additionally, Volker leads BBGI’s global insurance activities.

Prior to joining BBGI, Volker worked at Bilfinger Project Investments from 2001, where he gained extensive experience through various roles within the infrastructure and concessions business.

Volker holds a Master in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management / WHU.
