The Lisburn College is an availability-based PPP involving design, build, finance and maintenance of a new college located in Northern Ireland.
This facility was developed to support modern teaching and learning experience aligned with future educational needs.
The college became operational in 2008, and the concession runs until 2036.

Lisburn College was designed with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability. The building incorporates features that promote reduced energy consumption while supporting a high-quality learning environment.
