BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (in voluntary liquidation) announces that a General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on 30 September 2026 at 11.00 a.m. Luxembourg time.
The General Meeting has been convened to consider and, if thought fit, approve a resolution concerning the Liquidator’s Report and the report of the auditor to the liquidation, the liquidation accounts, the discharge of the Liquidator and the auditor to the liquidation, the formal closure of the Company’s liquidation, and the authority of the Liquidator to complete the final distribution of liquidation proceeds to shareholders and related formalities.
