Staffordshire Fire Stations
The Stoke and Staffordshire Rescue Service project is an availability-based PPP involving the reconstruction of seven fire stations and the construction of three new stations across Staffordshire.
Designed with distinctive architecture and modern functionality, the facilities support improved emergency response capabilities.
State-of-the-art operational spaces include fitness suites accessible to both staff and the community. In 2023 and 2024, selection stations were adapted to accommodate police functions, improving cost efficiency of the shared emergency services estate.
The facilities became operational in 2011, and the concession runs until 2036.
