Westland Town Hall

The Westland Town Hall project is an availability-based PPP involving the design, construction, financing, and maintenance of a new 11,000 m² civic facility for the municipality of Westland, Netherlands.

TThe project comprises of two separate buildings: the municipal office and the main town hall. The buildings provide administrative, civic, and public services in a modern and efficient environment.

The project became operational in 2017, and the concession runs until 2042.

Sustainability

The facility incorporates extensive sustainability features, including photovoltaic panels that supply the majority of its electricity usage and water heating needs. It also employs a combination of cold/heat storage and high-quality insulation, resulting in zero gas consumption across the facility.

The energy-efficient systems contribute to significantly reduced environmental impact.
